These are guys that have listened to Manowar all their lives - and probably Manowar only. Majesty play metal in the same veins and spirit as the above mentioned band, and I dare to say - they do it slightly better than their mentors. I would like to say that Majesty sound more Manowar than Manowar themselves. This is how "True Metal" is supposed to sound. While Manowar have sunk deep into some swamp of sissyness, Majesty have taken up the shattered pieces and put them together in the way it was meant to.

This is based on simple riffs, epic choruses/choirs, galopping rythms, swords, warriors, and so on. The vocals are very similar to Eric Adams, especially in the higher regions, and how the songs are built up are also very tracable to Manowars way of doing it. The riffs are exactly of the kind that I am sitting at home and try to compose for my own little bandproject, so I feel very at home with this.

The production and the whole appearance is a bit amateurish and unpolished though, but it is done with such amount of heart and love for the Metal that it's hard to dismisss this as a bagatelle. I personally love this kind of metal, and since they do it better than many bands out there, I consider them worthy of this high amount of chalices.

Noticable is also the fact that former member of Manowar Ross the Boss is featured on the cd performing a guitarsolo on the song Heavy Metal. If you are a sucker for epic warriormetal, than Majesty must be checked out.
