Hardcore SuperstarThe boys in Swedish rockers Hardcore Superstar a long time ago established themselves as an appreciable and energetic live act and they really don't show any obvious signs of ever slowing down just even a little bit. Tonight's gig in Stockholm mostly follows the given routines too, with a singer full of energy, two wingers that interact with the audience with significantly great manner and a drummer whose appearance has a massive impact on the songs. The band played a set roughly based on their eponymous 2005 release, which really is an outstanding effort, but also 4 songs off Split Your Lip and 4 songs off the coming record HCSS. The new songs frankly didn't went down particularly well and I believe that the people in the crowd really just put their hands together as a nice gesture towards the band. These songs have a different approach than the major part of the set and with their kind of older touch, the songs don't have the capacity to pound themselves through the barriers of people's minds. If you're looking for a band that puts a lot of effort into performing
with a substantial amount of action and energy, it's definitely a wise
choice to come down to see a set of Hardcore Superstar. This unit has
never come out disappointing in well over a decade at this point and I
will continuously check out the band each and every time they happen to
arrive in the capital of Sweden. Performance: 7 chalices
